TERMS OF SERVICE.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Body By Bible in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the program.

Body By Bible is operated by ALTARED LLC. These terms apply to individual members, group members, and organizations enrolling teams.

Body By Bible is a fitness and discipleship program, not medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or prevents any condition, and no coach-client or physician-patient relationship is created by your use of the site.

Consult a qualified physician before beginning this or any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing a chronic condition. Stop immediately and seek care if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You participate at your own risk.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person; do not share access to paid content.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts used to abuse, resell, or redistribute the program.

Plans, prices, and promotional offers are shown at checkout and may change over time. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Coupon codes and beta or early-bird offers are limited-time and may be withdrawn at any time. Lifetime access means access for as long as the program remains available.

Organization leaders may invite, view, and remove members within their group, and may see group progress, streaks, and camp standing. Members joining a group consent to sharing that progress data with their group.

Seats are non-transferable outside the purchasing organization unless we agree otherwise in writing.

All workouts, videos, animations, written material, artwork, and the Body By Bible name and marks are owned by ALTARED LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own training.

You may not copy, record, resell, publicly perform, or use the content to run classes or competing programs without written permission.

Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service, scrape content in bulk, or upload unlawful, harassing, or malicious material. Treat other members with the honor this program is built on.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific fitness, weight, or spiritual outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALTARED LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the program grows; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
