Account information you give us: your name, email address, and profile details from your sign-in provider.

Program data you generate: completed workouts, streaks, achievements, map progress, custom workouts you build, and any group you join.

Technical data: basic device, browser, and usage information needed to keep the site working and secure.

We do not store your payment card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor, which sends us only the subscription status needed to unlock your access.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

To create and secure your account, unlock the content your plan includes, save your progress across devices, show your streaks and achievements, and support you when something breaks.

To improve the program by understanding, in aggregate, which workouts and features are used.

If you join an organization or team, your display name, workout completion, streak, and camp standing are visible to leaders and other members of that group. That visibility is the point of the shared journey, but it is your choice to join.

Leaving a group stops future sharing of your progress with that group.

Your data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules so that, by default, only you can read and write your own records.

We use encrypted connections throughout and limit internal access to what is needed to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your workout edition, reduced-motion setting, and theme. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You can update your profile, leave a group, or cancel your plan at any time from your account.

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated progress. We will honor deletion requests except where we must keep limited records for legal or accounting purposes.

Body By Bible is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your information, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
